Delete your account and data.

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data we hold for App Snap products.

How to request deletion

Email support@appsnap.app from the same address associated with your account, and include:

  • The app name (Snap Rewards, Storycean, Fitlits, or other)
  • The email or Google account you use to sign in
  • The words “Please delete my account and personal data”

You may also write to the Grievance Officer, Munaf Fajlani, at admin@appsnap.app.

What we delete

When we verify the request, we delete or anonymise account profile data, in-app content tied to that account, and identifiers we no longer need. We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example fraud prevention, completed redemptions, tax, or dispute records) for the necessary period.

What we cannot fully erase ourselves

Copies held by Google Play, advertisers, or survey partners follow those companies’ retention rules. Store purchases are billed by the store operator; refunds are handled there.
