App Snap
1. The website
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the public website operated by App Snap at https://appsnap.app (the “Site”). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
App Snap is a registered sole proprietorship owned and operated by Munaf Fajlani. Registered office: 102, First Floor, New Shopping Center, Aliabada, Jamnagar, Gujarat 361110, India.
Mobile applications have separate Terms and Conditions. Privacy practices for the Site and the apps are described in the Privacy Policy.
2. What the Site is for
The Site describes App Snap, our custom Android development services, and our published products. Content is for general information. It is not an offer of employment, not investment advice, and not a guarantee that any particular app, feature, or engagement will be available.
Store badges and links send you to Google Play or other platforms. Those platforms have their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability of third-party stores.
3. Enquiries
If you contact us through the Site, you confirm that the information you send is accurate and that we may reply using the address or number you provide. Do not send sensitive health, payment-card, or government ID data through the public contact form.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise marked, the Site’s design, text, graphics, logos, and compilation are owned by App Snap or used under licence. You may view and share pages with a normal browser and with search engines. You may not scrape the Site in a way that burdens our infrastructure, copy the Site to pass it off as your own, or use our marks without permission.
App screenshots and icons are shown to identify our products. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, related accounts, or servers
- Introduce malware or launch denial-of-service attacks
- Use the Site to send spam or deceptive messages
- Misrepresent an affiliation with App Snap
6. Third-party links
The Site links to Google Play listings, email, and possibly other sites. Those destinations are not under our control once you leave https://appsnap.app. Review their terms and privacy notices.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Snap and Munaf Fajlani are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims arising from the Site is limited to USD 50. Mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction still apply.
9. Indemnity
You will indemnify App Snap against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
10. Changes and availability
We may change the Site or these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will be revised when we do. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance where permitted. We may suspend the Site for maintenance or for legal reasons.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jamnagar, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable consumer rights where you live.
