Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of mobile applications published by App Snap (“App Snap”, “we”, “us”), including Snap Rewards, Storycean, Fitlits, and any other app we release (the “Apps”). By downloading, installing, or using an App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

App Snap is a registered sole proprietorship owned and operated by Munaf Fajlani, with its office at 102, First Floor, New Shopping Center, Aliabada, Jamnagar, Gujarat 361110, India.

Website use is also governed by our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict about an App feature, these Terms control for that App.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to use the App under the laws of your country and under Google Play store rules. If you use an App on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. Accounts

Some Apps require sign-in (for example Google sign-in). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to that account secure. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

4. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable store’s terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.

5. Snap Rewards — earning and redemption

Snap Rewards lets you earn virtual coins by completing optional surveys, offers, games, playtime journeys, referrals, or other tasks when available. Coins have no cash value except as we allow through in-app redemption, and they are not a bank deposit, e-money, or a security.

  • Tasks, rates, catalogues, and minimums can change by region, profile, and partner availability.
  • We and our partners may withhold or reverse coins for fraud, invalid activity, or policy violations.
  • Payout timelines depend on partner verification and security checks. We do not guarantee a specific earning amount or payout speed.
  • You must provide accurate details for redemption. We may request additional verification.
  • Taxes, if any, are your responsibility.

6. Storycean

Storycean provides audio stories for personal listening. Content is owned by App Snap or its licensors. You may not record, redistribute, or publicly perform stories except as we expressly allow. In-app purchases, if offered, are billed by the store operator and are subject to that store’s refund rules.

7. Fitlits

Fitlits is a tracking and coaching tool, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting a diet or exercise programme. You are responsible for the accuracy of logs you enter. AI suggestions can be wrong; use your judgement.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, emulators, VPNs, or other means to fake activity or bypass eligibility
  • Harass others, upload unlawful content, or misuse support channels
  • Interfere with servers, scrape the Apps, or probe vulnerabilities without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity when redeeming rewards

9. Third-party services

Apps may include advertising, survey, analytics, cloud, and sign-in partners. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. App Snap is not responsible for third-party websites, offers, or advertiser products.

10. Intellectual property

The Apps, logos, stories, software, and related content are owned by App Snap or its licensors. App names and marks, including Snap Rewards, Storycean, and Fitlits, are used to identify our products.

11. Disclaimers

The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that tasks or stories will remain available, or that rewards will be offered in your country. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Snap and Munaf Fajlani shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, coins, or data, arising from your use of the Apps. Our total liability for any claim relating to an App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for that App in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.

13. Termination

You may stop using an App and delete it at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue a product. Unused coins may expire on termination where permitted by law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. If you continue using an App after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms where the law allows.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts at Jamnagar, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your place of residence.
